I wanted to say that I was very impressed with how quickly my bidet came. I managed to install it myself, which is not bad for a 60 year old woman. It works very well, and recommend it highly. My late husband had ALS, and it was instrumental in keeping his bowels regular, and skin intact. I am also a retired nurse, and know how important good hygiene is for a wheelchair bound person. In 5 years, of being totally paralyzed, he did not once get a bed sore, and I know it was because of the bidet, and how it kept him clean. It also helped to keep his dignity, as having someone else wipe your bottom, after a bowel movement can be quite, degrading.

Paris S31 October 2023Both my partner and I were a little sceptical about bidets in general, but took the ‘plunge’ with the BioBidet DLS, the main features of: Heated Seat, Warm Water, Warm Tropical Breezes, along with the ‘Hole-in-One’ water action is FANTASTIC ! ! ! The only thing missing is AI's Butt Recognition software (that’s a bit of Bidet Humour). By choice we are a 'sit down house', the night light is a great feature but the heated seat is a pleasure ! ! ! In fact we liked the DLS so much I just ordered a second one. And with a 5 year warranty how can you go wrong ? If there are any questions Phillip (through Auto Chat) is more than willing to answer any and all questions. All around this has been a very positive experience, thanks BioBidet and Toiletland !

I ended up purchasing a Biobidet toilet seat, and am very impressed with the quality of the product, and it was actually an easy installation (something I don’t take for granted anymore, as I am 70 years old). Toiletland Canada’s price for this unit was extremely competitive, and the purchase was easy and prompt. I ordered the unit on a Friday afternoon and it was delivered to my door the following Thursday morning. Overall, I am very happy with the Biobidet toilet seat and the low price and service I received from Toiletland Canada.

Dave Sjerven28 June 2023I purchased a Bio Bidet B2000, Bliss, from Toiletland ; it was a great price, the delivery was quick, no issues. Good communication on shipping status. My wife and I installed it , right after receiving it, and it fit my one piece Deer Valley perfectly. The color match ,(white) between the seat and the toilet is very good. There were really no issues with the installation, and all the necessary pieces are included. I recently installed a Toto C5 on my other toilet, and for a similar price, the Biobidet 2000 is superior. I’m a guy and I needed more hot water, and better washing, which you get with the bb2000. And I like the night light on it. Not sure why the C5 is so highly rated. Yes, great quality, but you run out of warm water very quickly. I do recommend Toiletland and the bb2000. That last photo, is the seat at night with only the night light on.

Laurel Chivers31 May 2023Following extensive research we made the decision to make the Eco-NOVA our first-ever bidet seat purchase. Phillip from Toitletland Canada was very helpful during the pre-order phase clarifying our questions regarding compatibility with a newly purchased, elongated American Standard 'Studio' toilet unit [a perfect fit] delivery details, and extended warranty options [we elected to go with a total of 5-years]. We also liked the 30-day, risk-free trial offer in case the Eco-NOVA didn't meet our expectations. After almost 4 weeks of steady use, we are delighted with every aspect of this purchase. We placed the order on a Friday afternoon; it was delivered to our quasi-rural, Ontario, Canada home the following Tuesday! The contractor, who was in the final phase of completing an extensive bathroom renovation, had no difficulty with the installation. He had previously included the requisite electrical outlet to the lower right side at the rear of the toilet. It is discretely hidden by the toilet base but there's still enough room to plug in the bidet seat's power cord. The "T" connector for the water line is not unsightly and it feeds up to the seat on the left side without protruding too much. We used small, clear plastic "zip" ties to bind the water line and electrical cord to make it even more neat. From an operational standpoint, the Eco-NOVA does everything it's supposed to. To begin with, it's a delight to sit down on a comfortable, heated seat. While there's some initial water noise as the heated reservoir preps for the cleansing cycle, it's not too loud and is over quickly. Whether one uses the remote or simply presses the easily accessible start button on the side to the seat, the cleansing cycle immediately commences. We are finding that the auto clean setting works just fine. There isn't a tremendous difference in the spray pressure when using the remote settings, nor the nozzle positions. We simply 'shift' our seating position and thereby achieve a satisfactory end result. We're also somewhat surprised the dryer fan isn't stronger, but in reality, it's a small-scale component. We find there is less use of toilet paper, but it's still required if the dryer is turned off before going the full cycle. Having temperature adjust settings for the seat, water and dryer fan on the remote is a nice feature. The night light is very attractive, but can be turned off if not required. Overall, we will be keeping our Eco-NOVA unit long term. While we have two other toilets in the house, we absolutely prefer the new bidet seat 'when Nature calls'. We'll be 100% satisfied, if there are no complications or breakdowns in the years to come. T & L Victoria Harbour, Ontario

Shiraz Aziz5 May 2023Toiletland was very easy to deal with, Phillip was very pleasant answered all my concerns and gave me a great price on the product. Shipping was fast and reasonablily price, in fact I got a discount due to spring savings. The Bio-Bidet was very easy to installed it came with everything you needed; only tool require is adjustable wrench and screwdriver. This site was recommened by bio-bidet so they are an authorized dealer and in Canada which is sometimes hard to find Canadian dealers for US products It took me about 30 mins to install, and it fits very good on my toilet. Thanks. Update on BioBidet DLS model: I have been using it for about two weeks now and really like the simplicity of the controls and features; warm seat; self opening and closing lid. My only issue is the front spray does not really reach forward enough but I contacted both Toiletland, Phillip was quick to respond and I also contacted Bio-Bidet and apparently it just how it was design. I guess you cannot have it all. It seems all Bidet seats have this issue. Toiletland has really the best price in Canada as I do my research before I buy most things. I have decided to get a second unit and they were nice enough to give me a great loyalty discount which was much appreciated. Definitely recommend toiletland.
